The Girl Scouts program at St. Dominic is available for girls in grades K-12.  It is part of the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio in the River Hills Service Unit.  Girl Scouting provides experience in a trusting atmosphere that allows girls to develop an appreciation, understanding and acceptance of themselves. Girl Scouting helps develop positive self-esteem and decision-making skills. The goal of Girl Scouting is to help girls develop their full potential.  They learn to relate to others with skill, understanding, respect and develop strong values to guide their actions and upon which to make sound decisions.  They also learn to contribute to the improvement of society through use of leadership skills. Members of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America are united by a belief in God.  Religious recognition programs are available to Girl Scouts of the Roman Catholic faith.

Girl Scout Leaders and Helpers will meet 3 – 4 hours weekly for planning and implementing programs.
